Our Story

The Full Story

Execute Construction was founded with one clear mission: to unite the precision, quality, and innovation of two worlds, the rich craftsmanship of Brazil and the high standards of construction in the United States.

Our founders, Lucas Stopassoli and Thiago Mota, bring together complementary expertise and a shared vision.

Lucas, a Civil Engineer from Brazil, has over a decade of experience managing and building high-end residential and commercial projects. Before moving to California, he owned and directed Executar Engenharia in Brazil, where he delivered luxury homes and large-scale developments with a focus on excellence and detail.

Thiago, an entrepreneur and investor, is the founder of Motasul Empreendimentos, a respected Brazilian company dedicated to real estate development, urban growth, and the creation of sustainable opportunities in the construction sector. Over the years, he has led projects that combined strategic expansion with long-term value creation.

Together, they founded Execute Construction in Orange County, California, to continue this international journey. Today, the company specializes in custom homes, full remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, project planning and budgeting, always offering clients a transparent and tailored experience from start to finish.

What truly sets Execute Construction apart is not just technical expertise, but a philosophy built on trust, communication, and the belief that construction is about more than materials and finishes, it is about transforming visions into reality. Whether building from the ground up or reinventing existing spaces, our mission is to deliver homes that reflect the lifestyle and dreams of each client.

Execute Construction is more than a company, it is a story of passion, dedication, and the belief that every project is an opportunity to create something truly lasting.
